| Description: | Terms rotate with three seats in one election and two seats in the next election. The council chooses one member to serve as mayor for one year. The agenda is available at the City office, on the web or at the door of the meetings. Council members also serve as board members of the Capitola Redevelopment Agency, the Capitola Public Facilities Corporation and the Capitola Financing Authority.
