| Programs: | Primary Care and Urgent Care Services:
medical care for individuals and families. Breast Cancer Early Detection Program (BCEDP): clinical breast examination and referral for mammogram for women 40 years of age and older, free service for eligible clients. Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP): Well Child examinations, immunizations, referral to specialty care for infants, children and teens. Emergency Contraception: no appointment needed, same day service. Family Planning Services: Annual PAP exams, family planning counseling and information. Immunization Services: Immunizations and TB testing for infants, children, teens and adults. Orthopedic Services: by referral only. Pediatric Services: Pediatrician directed clinic for ill infants and children. Physical Examinations: provides school sports and County of Santa Cruz pre-employment physical examinations. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Services: confidential examination and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. | ||
