Medical care for individuals and families. Breast Cancer Early Detection Program (BCEDP): Clinical breast examination and referral for mammogram for women 40 years of age and older. Free service for eligible clients. Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP): Well Child examinations, immunizations, referral to specialty care for infants, children and teens. Emergency contraception: no appointment needed, same day service. Family Planning Services: Annual PAP exams, family planning counseling and information. Immunization Services: Immunizations and TB testing for infants, children, teens and adults. Orthopedic services: by referral only. Pediatric Services: pediatrician directed clinic for ill infants and children. Physical Examinations: provides school sports and County of Santa Cruz pre-employment physical examinations. Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Services: confidential examination and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. | ||
