ELIGIBILITY: Neighborhood Associations and Neighbors interested in organizing their neighborhoods.

-To have all neighborhoods networked and represented
-Insuring each individual neighbor has a voice

|Meetings:||Generally meetings are 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm, check website for location, usually at the Police Dept. Community Room, 155 Center St. Santa Cruz
