| Description: | The Coalition is a group of community members from all walks of life who are passionately dedicated to breaking the taboo about discussing death by raising public awareness of the issues and developing new approaches to end-of-life care
ELIGIBILITY: We are open to anyone who wishes to further awareness and education about the end-of-life experience in homes, hospitals and nursing facilities in Santa Cruz County. | ||

| Volunteer Info: | We are in particular need of people who can (with training) either lead a public meeting about end-of-life issues and the importance of Advance Directives, or can help in the scheduling and planning and setting up of presentations to groups or manning display tables at health fairs.
