| Description: | We work in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties to help people with Developmental Disabilities learn more about their housing options and to find housing. We also help to develop and secure new housing units.
Eligibility: We work to provide housing information and options to people who have Developmental Disabilities and their families. We also work with developers and landlords who would like to serve our clients. | ||

| Programs: | Housing Coordination Program
work one-on-one to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with finding quality, affordable housing options. Resident Coordination Program works with over 125 residents in our community to help them maintain their homes. Security Deposit Loan Program A zero-interest loan to individuals for use on security deposits and first month's rent. Akers Resident Assistance Program provides grants to those with the greatest needs for use to purchase basic household items when they first move into their new residence. | ||
