| Description: | The College Connection program aims to assist mental health consumers in achieving their educational goals. We build on an individual's strengths and abilities by providing encouragement, stability coaching network building and self-management skills, as well as information, referrals and guidance. Full participation in our program requires affiliation with the State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation.
