| Description: | Nature's Apprentice is an outdoor educational program designed to help young children explore and embrace the natural world. Children engage in a variety of nature-focused activities including hiking, art, games, and stories. In addition to our structured activities, we include plenty of time to smell the flowers, feel the moss, and watch the birds. Each five week session has a different theme, such as trees, birds, the sky, or the forest floor. Classes meet weekly, using the woods, meadows, streams and beaches of Santa Cruz as our classroom.
