Our program is here to help children and parents understand the importance of living a healthy and physically active lifestyle all while having a great time. From 3 months to 14 years of age, we have dedicated staff and Youth Fitness Coaches to assist your child or teen in experiencing the advantages and benefits of a healthy lifestyle all while having FUN. It's never too early to start and we have programs tailored to fit children and teens of all ages and abilities. ELIGIBILITY: All ages welcome!
