FEES: We accept the following forms of payment: -Medi-Cal -Healthy Kids -Visa, MasterCard -Cash, checks, money orders Uninsured/Cash Patients- We offer a sliding scale fee schedule determined by your monthly income. This fee scale is determined by the National Poverty Guideline and we require proof of income. | ||
