Limited telephone reference during normal business hours. Special after hours access, call or visit our website for information. Reference, inter-library loans and limited borrowing. Free access to Lexis, Westlaw, CEB OnLaw, Legal Information Reference Center (for Nolo Publications). Photocopying and computer printing charges are $.20 per page. 90% of our funding comes from civil filing fees. The balance comes from donations, Law Library service fees and fund raising events.
