| Description: | This nonprofit organization provides youth football for boys and girls as players or cheerleaders. We depend on donations and fundraisers. All games are played in the Bay Area of Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties as well as other parts of the Bay Area. A current medical exam is required to play, see website to print out the medical release form. A current parent handbook is also on the website.
Kids compete with kids of similar age and size. Pop Warner is the ONLY youth football program (local, regional and national) that sets and enforces a strict age/weight matrix that reduces the risk and reality of injuries. ELIGIBILITY: Girls and boys 5 to 15 years old; all football players must meet a weight requirement and provide a medical release form. | ||
