Capitola Mall 1855 41st Avenue Capitola, CA 95010 Hours of Operation: Fri: 11-5:30 Sat & Sun: 11-4:30 Closed Monday-Thursday Humane Education Programs teach compassion for all animals. Pet Loss Grief Support Group-see related agency link below. Blackie's Senior Friends: A free adoption of a companion animal 6 years and up is offered to qualified seniors 62 & over. Includes the first set of vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, a collar & tag (leash included w/ dogs), free vet exam, and educational literature. Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program Second Chance/Tanner's Fund: to provide extensive veterinary care for sick, injured, abused or neglected animals who would otherwise have to be euthanized. Heather's Pet Food Bank: regularly distributes over 7,000 pounds of food a month to economically challenged and senior pet owners every Friday from 4:00-6:00PM at 2685 Chanticleer Ave., Santa Cruz. Donations accepted. | ||
