| Description: | Group of seniors ages 50 and over who enjoy water aerobics and swimming. Meet at the Boys' and Girls' Club, 543 Center Street, Santa Cruz, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Two 45-minute exercise classes are offered, with the first starting at 9am and the second at 9:50am. Lap swimming is available from 10:45am-12pm. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and is 40 x 60 feet.
ELIGIBILITY: Age 50 and over. This is not for therapy, members must be able to get in and out of the pool by themselves. FEES: $10 to join, $30 a month thereafter. | ||
