This 80 Unit apartment complex is reserved for low-income elderly residents and those with disabilities. Contains one-bedroom apartments and studio apartments. Four apartments are designed specifically for the handicapped. Residents pay 30% of their income, less a "utility allowance" for rent. Residents pay for their own gas and electricity from their "utility allowance." Rent includes hot and cold water. Resident van for shopping. ELIGIBILITY: Age 62-over or handicapped.
