Our medical staff includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, a nurse midwife, a nutritionist, and medical assistants. All Salud practitioners provide the highest quality care, and we provide continuity of care through agreements, affiliations and referrals to other providers when we do not provide a particular service. We emphasize continuous quality improvement including in our customer service. We encourage maximum continuing medical education to ensure best practices in all areas. ELIGIBILITY: Uninsured patients: signed statement verifying income is required. Insured patients: proof of insurance eligibility required. FEES: sliding scale, Medi-Cal, CHDP, Healthy Families/Healthy Kids, private insurance and payment plans are accepted. | ||
