Programs:Healthy Teens Program serves students at alternative and court and community schools in Santa Cruz County. Staff from the Program visit each school at least once a month.If you have any questions, call 454-2437.
The Healthy Teens Program provides these services:
* Free condoms, foam, and lube
* Help finding transportation to and from medical appointments
* Free pregnancy counseling and testing
* Free HIV counseling and testing
* Birth control education (including abstinence)
* Education and referrals for STDs
