| Description: | The bright and cheery 4,300 sq. foot Capitola Branch Library is located at the corner of Wharf Road and Clares Street. The Capitola Branch serves both adults and children with books, dvds, books on tape, and a variety of magazine subscriptions. You can access the Library System's online catalog to look up and request items from any of our branch libraries. You can also look up magazine articles online (many of them with full text) and access the Internet. It also offers reference and youth services. Distributes tax forms at beginning of year.

Fridays 10:30-11:15am, call to confirm. Join us for our weekly Preschool Storytime. We'll read books, sing songs and make a simple craft! Ages 3-6. Tales to Tails, a literacy program where children can sign up for a private twenty-minute slot to read to an attentive certified therapy dog. Every Wednesday 3pm-4:30pm and the FIRST Saturday of the Month 9:30-10:30am Teens & Tweens Thursday from 3:00-4:00pm Tea and Talk on the second Wednesday of the month 9:30-11:00am for adults and seniors Public Internet Access - Adults 5 internet terminals with one hour time limit; printing is $.15 per page Public Internet Access - Kids 5 internet terminals with one hour time limit; printing is free for first 10 pages (K-12 homework), $.15 per page thereafter.
