| Description: | The Art League is a place for the public to view the variety of local artists who exhibit and sell their work. All media, styles, some exhibitions local, some national. In addition to exhibitions, the Art League provides the opportunity for artists to interact with other professionals and presents demonstrations and classes/workshops throughout the year. The Art League is a member-supported organization and provides the artist/community with over 13 exhibitions a year, ongoing classes and weekend workshops.
ELIGIBILITY: Active membership dues are $75 per year for artists and community members, $50 for seniors and students. This entitles member to a monthly bulletin, discounts on entry fees, announcements of shows and events, discounts on art purchases and workshops, and opportunities to participate on committees. | Facilities: | The Art League also maintains a small 63-seat performance space, at which a variety of music, poetry and theatrical performances can be seen. The performance space and gallery are available for rent during off hours. | ||
