Passengers getting off and on Santa Cruz Electric Railway's streetcar #6 at the Tent City Restaurant on Beach and Cliff Streets. The sign on the restaurant says "Ladies Entrance." The sign on the car reads "Plaza Only"; the car ran only between the beach area and the plaza downtown.
